Ab­stract

We pre­sent two new Ve­ri­fia­ble Delay Func­tions (VDF) based on as­sump­ti­ons from el­lip­tic curve cryp­to­gra­phy. We di­s­cuss both the ad­van­ta­ges and draw­backs of our con­struc­tions, we study their se­cu­ri­ty and we de­mons­tra­te their prac­tica­li­ty with a pro­of-of-con­cept im­ple­men­ta­ti­on.
